1- Navigate to the toolbar menu and click on the gear icon (Settings).

2- Scroll down to find “Taxes” and click on it.

3- Click on “New” to begin creating a new Tax.

4- Fill in the required tax details.

4.1- Summary: Choose this option if the tax you're defining combines multiple taxes, such as VAT and WH Tax.
4.2- Not Summary: Choose this option if you're defining either a VAT or WH Tax individually.
4.3- Rate: Specify the tax rate for accurate calculations.
4.4- Tax Category: Choose the appropriate category for classification purposes.
4.5- Code: Enter the unique code for easy identification.
4.6- VAT Tax: Toggle this option if the tax being defined is a standard VAT type.
4.7- WH Tax: Toggle this option if the tax being defined is a Withholding tax.
4.8- SO/PO Type: Specify whether the tax applies to sales, purchases, or both.
4.9- Account: Select the designated account to hold this tax amount.
4.10- E-Invoice Tax Type: Enter the code corresponding to the tax type as defined in the E-Invoice portal.
4.11- E-Invoice Tax Subtype: Enter the code corresponding to the tax type as defined in the E-Invoice portal.
